  I received THE WORST service from this business . I called and placed my order for a dozen long stemmed roses , to be dipped in color , over the phone . I was assured that the roses we in stock and that I could receive SAME day service . I paid for the flowers over the phone with my credit card , a total of $81.75. I was given a pickup time before 6pm when the business closes. When I arrived at 5:30pm , I was greeted by a lady that looked very confused as to why I was there . She knew nothing about my order that had been placed and said the service could not be done because she did not have white roses . I was extremely upset and bewildered; thought I was being punked or maybe at the wrong location . All the lady had to offer me was an apology . I asked for a refund , that I have yet to receive because she told me it had to be done ONLINE & she would follow up with me . WOW .
