  The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Manager Kyle Callari addressed a simple request to exchange one phone to another in the most inappropriate manner, making assumptions without asking one questions, threatening to call the police, telling my mother and I to "get out of his store" and lastly telling my 76 year old mother "I wrote down your license plate number"! Is that a threat? Please do not give your money to businesses that do not want it!!!!
