  I rent trucks from this location and for the most part they are good . The problem that I have is that every time I try to call this location at 8900 S Cicero Oak Lawn, IL. no one ever picks up the phone and it goes to answer service that takes my name and most of the time I do not get a return phone call and when I do it is hours later. When I call the location directly it is because I have to talk to some one about rental and truck and trailers that are ready for rent now not hours after I call them. I don't know why they have a phone because they never answer it. I give them 0 stars for this review, it shows 1 star from me that is because it will not let me post this review with out clicking on a star.
