  I would recommend any payless but this one. The “manager for 20years” (that is so proud of herself and apparently the customers should be too) is a liar. I tried to exchange boots I bought on clearance for 25$ with a receipt for ones with the same price and she said it wasn’t allowed that you can only exchange with the same exact boot and they don’t have any left so there was nothing she could do. I told her I’ve never heard of such a thing and all stores do even exchanges especially with a receipt! And she basically said if you don’t like it, shop somewhere else. I’ve called a couple of payless stores to ask about their policies; and it turns out she’s a liar. So I just went to another payless and even exchanged my boots for a different pair of the same price. No fuss. Then I went back to the store to rub her lie in her face. Maybe it’s managers like her putting payless out of business.

  I know I'm gonna sound like an a** and I apologize but the beautiful lady who wears the hijab is SO SWEET and SO HELPFUL! She's literally the only reason I fight the parking lot. Hope this one stays open!
