  Great pizza, if you get lucky!! That's the issue, extremely inconsistent. And very pricey. I grew up eating this pie, love it when they pull it off but finally gave up. Just got a few for a party tonight someone else ordered, delivered them cold (not warm, cold). Unbelievable. That's what I mean. $80 for 3 cold pies...but once we microwaved them they tasted great :)

  We, a party of four, took my mom here for her 86th birthday dinner. (I had never been to this restaurant prior to today). We were sat at a table in the middle of a busy thorough fare right by the kitchen. The back of my chair was hit quite often by restaurant personnel passing by. The waitress, a woman maybe 22 years old, was very aloof and seemed quite put out by the simplest requests; she was neither gracious nor friendly. It was actually pretty weird how detached she was. My mother's cup of soup had soup slopped over the rim and pooled in the saucer. All of our coffee cups had spilled coffee. Her side dish of pasta had spaghetti hanging off the plate. We had to ask several times to have dishes, etc., removed from the table. It seemed there was no pride in the service given. The food was bland and mediocre at best. Our bags for the leftovers had grease all over them. I have waited tables in the past and have taken great pride in serving my customers. Our wait person tonight did not. The place was packed however so maybe people have lowered their expectations these days. I'll not be back again.
