  The service was exceedingly slow. Clearly, this location is under new, but not improved management. The lunch menu has few options. Worse yet, the portion size of the sandwich I had was small. It was only slightly larger thsn a White Castle sandwich. I was disappointed with a lot, and respectfully shared my sentiments with a manager. Think twice before you go.

  Bread was stale, but the rest of our food was good... when it eventually came. Service was very, very slow. We were there before the dinner rush and it took 30 minutes to bring out our drinks and bread. Hostess played on her phone the whole time, just looking up to greet people. Not what I expect from Longhorn.
