  My son dropped off his pants and shirt on Thursday for pick up at 3pm on Saturday. (2 days). I arrived at 3:20pm and handed my "paid" receipt to the owner's son and he informed me that he couldn't find my items. He then went to his father, and the shirt was hanging up next to him and the pants on a different rack. He lint rolled the shirt and put the plastic over it and handed me the clothes. I looked at the shirt and said...NOT EVEN TOUCHED! He removed the shirt and gave it to his father and he "quickly" pressed the shirt and gave it back to me. I removed the plastic and noticed the shirt was never even cleaned or pressed. So I asked for my money back, and the son rudely said...where is your receipt? I said you took it from me, and he said..no receipt, no refund! I lost it! COMPLETELY!! After yelling for a bit, the father gave me my money back...WHAT A JOKE!!! DO NOT COME HERE EVER!!!! They do a crappy job and expect you to pay before they even provide a service. RUDE also! Go to Christie's Cleaners at 10437 S. Cicero, Oak Lawn.....They are PROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!
