  I was very disappointed in this local business. It took several months to have someone call me back after several attempts on my part. I stopped into the store several times and made calls with no call back. When I finally did speak with an employee they guaranteed me they would be able to have white tulips in June and dye them blue. The very next day a different employee called me (finally) and said there was a note about a shower (it wasn't a shower) that needed blue tulips, they said they've never heard of blue tulips and didn't know what I was talking about. I explained the employee yesterday had said they would dye them for me. She said absolutely not, we will not do tulips in July (the event is in June and I told her that several times). I said I had spoken with other florists and they were willing to do it and she then said go with them and hung up on me.
  
  I try to give my business to local businesses as much as possible, but Country Daisy Flowers & Gifts made it extremely difficult. I would never again even bother to get a quote from them. How very disappointing. They must be doing well if they don't want my business. Customer Service is everything to me, I will pay more if I receive great customer service. Country Daisy lacks customer service skills. I would recommend training your employees to represent your business in the best possible light. Good luck!
