  WARNING! AVOID! WILL RUIN YOUR CLOTHES! I took in my NEW cardigan to get cleaned and went to pick it up this morning only to find it is RIPPED. Two different stories came about from the worker and owner. One said that it had a split seam and it kept unraveling so they didn't clean it. The owner who said she was the one who saw my cardigan. Told me it was split from the chest to neck and said I had brought it in like that! I did not! When I brought it in, the store worker examined both of the sweaters and put in my name and information. She saw the condition it was i! But she told me, NO it was split. I asked them, Why didn't you call me? They once called me another time when an item had to be charged more for a cleaning, so I don't understand why they wouldn't they call me for a huge RIP? They could have called and asked me if I wanted a repair. BUT THEY DIDN'T BECAUSE THEY WERE RESPONSIBLE AND THEN WANTED TO ACT STUPID WHEN I CAME TO PICK IT UP! Both of them kept lying and telling me it was my fault and that I was the one who brought it in ripped from the seams. I know I didn't and it is so apparent that it was done there. The sweater smells clean and is unwrinkly NOT like the condition I brought it in. I brought it because it was wrinkly and now it has magically become unwrinkled? GIVE ME A BREAK! The store owner refused to listen to me and kept saying it was my fault! I am a regular customer and I use to bring in pants for alteration and countless shirts. She knows I do not bring in ripped apparel! WHY WOULD I BRING IN A RIPPED CARDIGAN!? I would bring it in for REPAIRS if it looked like that when I had it! BUT IT DIDN'T LOOK LIKE THAT. IT WAS BRAND NEW!!! I don't know how the heck I could split something like that. I don't have any pets that could do that ripped seam. They were at fault but they refused to do anything and were rude and indignant. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!! WARNING!!! WARNING!
